When it was raining...

Hello my dears,
today I will talk about my favourite board game!

...To be honest, when I was a child I was a kind of enemy of board game because I didn´t understand why the people were not in a soccer field and they prefered to play a broad game "in family". But if I have to choose a board game I would chose "Risk", the most important geopolitical game for any child.
Risk is a strategic broad game very interesting to know the geopolitical conflicts in the world and the differents logics that are involved in the dispute for the world. The aim of the players is conquer territories. In fact, control armies with which they attempt to capture territories from other players, with results determined by dice rolls.
Really, Risk is a game inspirated in the war and I hate its imperialist vision of the space. But this game is a important part of my life! I played it with my father, my little brother and my friends. When I was living in Valdivia I waited the raining for play Risk.
Besides Risk I played another board games when I was a child but all of these were boring for me because there haven't adventures or mysteries to discover. I prefered to play soccer and, when it was raining, play Risk. In summary, Risk was my second alternative to enjoy in these "remote times".
