SOME STEREOTYPES IN MY FACULTY

In my faculty there are many stereotypes that students recognize like own or tipical for this place. I don´t know if this stereotypes are tipical for my faculty or, on the contrary, are common for university environments.
Well, the stereotypes more common in this faculty are in refference to the diferent careers that coexist here: Arquitecture, Design and Geography.
For example, the arquitecture students usually are indicated as posh because Arquitecture is one of the most expensive career of the university and the students that enter usually have more money than Design or Geography students.
Also, the arquitecture students are indicated as crybaby or weepy, because they are always complaining for his academic load. They argue that never have available time; his common phrase is 'we don´t have time for sleep´'.
On the other hand, the design students are usually denominated like ‘sensitive’ person. This career is associated with women interest, so it´s expectable that these judgments prevail. While this is a sexist judgments, we cannot deny that the design, like a university discipline, is focused to people that likes the aesthetics and that haves particular sensitivities similar to women attributes.
At finally, I must to say that we, the geography students, are cataloged like ‘loose’ and ‘unruly’ because we have lower academic load with respect to Arquitecture y Design. And, also, they says it because we are present in all the marches, demonstrations and strikes.
